Anyone experience hand pain at 3rd trimester?

Hi, im currently 31weeks and been experincing hand pain specially in the morning. I can't close my hands + it is very swollen. I think its carpal tunnel syndrome. Anyone experience the same?

I experience this. Every time I wake up, my finger joints are sore and swollen. And I have issues clenching my fists. It gets slightly better during the day but still swollen. Heard it’s normal cos of pregnancy hormones.
