yes it’s quite common due to pregnancy hormones and fluid retention. highly likely to be De Quervain's Tenosynovitis (instead of carpal tunnel). the only way to alleviate it is resting your wrist (don’t bend more than 45 deg). I had it and worsened post partum too. acupuncture helped relieve it. it’ll take time to fully recover

I experience this. Every time I wake up, my finger joints are sore and swollen. And I have issues clenching my fists. It gets slightly better during the day but still swollen. Heard it’s normal cos of pregnancy hormones.
