cramps
I'm currently 30wks, sometimes will feel cramps and feel like baby pushing down, is it normal?

Yes:) take it as baby practising for the real thing. The labour cramps are extremely painful. You’ll definitely be able to tell the difference compared to what you’re feeling now.
