Cramps @ 29 weeks

Im currently 29 weeks is it normal that sometimes we feel period-like cramp around our uterus ? mild and does not hurt that much and short term. Stomach still soft, not rock hard. A little paranoid as i scared its early sign of labour 😣😣 #ftm
