Leg Cramps
I’m currently 17w6d, leg cramps in the middle of the night are wild 🥲🥲🥲 anyone experiencing the same? What can I do to reduce this?

What I realised is when I wake up feeling the slightest inkling of leg cramp, I quickly straighten that leg and flex my toes upwards and it helps! Try it! 🙂
