If sudden drop or gain heavily then I will worry . gynae will advise u further if u have Qs. Atm a week gain 200-300gram is ok. Try to eat something, both mummy & baby needs nutritions 😁 If u like avocado, then you can make milkshake or juices. Will helps to gain abit weight.

It was sudden. I do eat all my meals and in between snacks like fruits so i dont get hungry but i was shock when i check my weight this morning. I don’t usually check them only time to time i will step on the scale
