Mild anaemia during second trimester

Hi all, I'm currently 16wks+ and just had my routine blood test 2 days ago. The result shows that i have mild anaemia, which i never come across before my pregnancy. I do take prenatal Multivitamin and i ate a lot of fruits and vegetables. Wondering why. What should i eat/ do to overcome it?

All pregnant women are at risk for anaemia. Your gynae may prescribe ieon supplement or folic acid in addition ro yoru prenatal vitamins. Leafy dark green vege, nuts and seeds, tofu are some iron-rich foods
