Outbreaks?

Im currently 12+1 , qnd ny face pimple outbreaks are getting worse... Any mummies experiencing the same? Any products to reccomend ? #1stimemom #pregnancy #firstbaby #advicepls

I switched to cetaphil face wash. Didn’t get rid of the outbreak, but cleared most of it and had it under relative control. After delivery, my face cleared up almost immediately.
