I switched to cetaphil face wash. Didn’t get rid of the outbreak, but cleared most of it and had it under relative control. After delivery, my face cleared up almost immediately.

To be honest i didnt have pimple problem one. When i was in the first tri, suddenly keep pop up 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ thank goodness they stopped (touch wood)
