Mild lower back pain

Im currently 12 weeks preggy and nowadays i experienced lower back pain is this normal?any advice?shld i be worried?cn i apply medicated oil to relief the pain?Thnks

if mild it's normal at about 18 weeks my back start to sore at times prenatal massage helps alot
