Mild lower back pain

Im currently 12 weeks preggy and nowadays i experienced lower back pain is this normal?any advice?shld i be worried?cn i apply medicated oil to relief the pain?Thnks

Better not apply any medicated oil because it may trigger contractions... Lower back pain is normal if tolerable like you said its only mild but if it is too painful better to consult your ob-gyne...
