Symptoms Fades Away?

I'm currently 10 Weeks 6 Days Preggo and had a Perfectly healthy USG a Week back, But for the past 5 days, My symptoms seems to have faded away and it's worrying me! Has anyone ever been through this and have had a Healthy Pregnancy? Help?
