Pee smells strong
Im current 32 weeks and past few days/week i noticed that my pee smells quite strong and a little weird. It doesnt hurt or anything when i pee and colour is normal yellowish as usual. As far as i know i dont have vaginal infection or UTI. Is this normal ?
I really feel you on this, third trimester can bring so many unexpected changes and it is totally understandable to feel unsettled when something seems off. Strong-smelling urine during pregnancy can sometimes just be from not drinking enough water, especially as baby grows and presses on everything, so it might be worth trying to up your fluid intake and see if it helps. That said, since it has been going on for a few days, it would be good to pop by your polyclinic or mention it to your gynae at your next visit just to rule out anything, even if you have no pain or other symptoms. Better to get it checked and have peace of mind, especially at 32 weeks.
