if it's really bother you then you try to chant any mantra's of god before go to bed. Or else you can do "OM" chanting lots of videos in YouTube listen to them. I think it will help you out. Take care.

Oh, it's quite common, mummy, but if the nightmares make you overly anxious or stressed, you might want to talk to a friend, counsellor or therapist, to feel better and to gain some clarity,

dati..palagi ako nakakapanaginip ng masama about sa baby boy na nagpapaalam..halos gabi gabi..hanggang isang araw..hnd ko alam buntis pala ako..ayun..march 18 hnd na nea kinaya ang kapit

Try to do some light exercise and exhaust urself so u don’t dream so much! :) I usually YouTube for some prenatal workouts and it helps to cut down on dreams and better sleep.

Try to light some frankincense over your room and over the entire house. You'll sleep better. As they say your baby smells good to negative vibrations if you know what i mean

me too pero lately medyo masaya na mga dreams ko nagigising ako humahagikgik. just always pray at night mga momsh, then play pregnancy music . para marelax ang tulog.

Probably u r too stressed out. I didn’t experience bad dreams so far during my pregnancy. Do relax yourself and engage in enjoyable stuff u enjoy to destress. :)

Same experience here. Lots of bad dreams strange dreams since 2nd month :/ but don't dwell over them! You'll tend to forget the details of the dreams quickly.

Same here.. mga couple of nights na.. super bad dreams to the point na pag gising ko humihikbi padin ako..kahit na nagdadasal naman ako.. normal lang pala .
