Confinement center & haemorrhoid

I really feel you on the haemorrhoid pain, those early postpartum days can be so rough and you are already going through so much. Do drink lots of water, eat more fibre, and it might be good to mention it to your gynae or a polyclinic doctor soon so they can give you something safe to use, especially if you are still breastfeeding. For confinement centres, I don't have a specific one to recommend right now, but hopefully other mummies here can share their experience with pricing and what to look out for.
