Doctor is best to answer tt. Bleeding even if not heavy is not really common esp in 2nd trimester. My gynae said to go hospital even if there's light bleeding as there may be chances of inflammation or growth, though not always. So just go for a peace of mind.

Pls see a dr asap. Bleeding shouldn't happen in the 2nd trimester.

I have no answer to your question cos the only way to know is go for a check. Your gynae will do an ultrasound to check on your baby.
