Hi, Sis. It is advised to us pregnants na dapat 5 or 6 small frequent meals tayo everyday to avoid gas pain. Sometimes, I am getting it pa rin kahit ganyan na practice ko. Iwas na lang sin sa mamantika and acidic goods. My go-to drink is Yakult. Nawawala naman ang gas pain ko after. You could try it as well. Pwede naman ang Yakult sating preggers. 😊
