Expanded ML

Hi. Im already in my 8th month and planning to file my ML. Nabasa ko sa news na baka ilabas yung Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) ng new law sa May pa. May chance pa kaya na retroactive yung application ng expanded ML? Thanks

Wow!!! Thank you for this info. Cinontact ko HR namin 2 weeks ago and they said na theyre not sure pa how to implement the new law. Sana mas knowledgeable na sila ngayon.
