Expanded Maternity Leave Law

Hi mommies, have you heard of the newly signed Expanded Maternity Leave Law? I gave birth last April 12 and filed my ML last September 2018 pa and gusto ko malaman if sino ba covered ng law na yun, I mean pasok pa kaya ako sa maeextend? I had C-section which qualifies me to have the previous law of 78 days leave and would like to know kung kasali ba ako sa makakakuha nung 105 days?
