Oh dear. While you don’t have appetite, do try to drink Milo or Horlicks and don’t skip meals. Do eat small frequent meals, fruits and nutritious food.

Turning 32 weeks and me too. 😭 So i try eating more fruits and vege to help the nutrition part. I only eat a few spoon of rice a day

Sour food maybe ?
