My growing toe nails

Im almost 30 weeks pregnant and have been struggling to cut my toe nails. My big toe nail grew that it’s hurting the flesh😩. I’ve asked my husband to help me out once but it was agonising. Should i go get a pedicure? Any advice or recommendations?
