Bleeding, Headache, Upper left side abdominal cramps

I'm almost at my 2months pregnancy journey. However, yesterday, December 27, I had light bleeding with large blood clots and some small tissues until today. What does it mean? I haven't talk or visit my OB and Gynecologist since it is quite far from my place. Any answer much appreciated. Thank you. Keep safe. Sorry for the pics

Bleeding with clots at 2 months, especially with abdominal cramps and headache, ay hindi dapat i-wait. This is urgent and you need to be checked in person by a doctor. I know the distance is frustrating, pero ang health mo at ng baby mo ang importante.
