Fever after Covid-19 vaccine

Hi I’m about to get my first dose of covid-19 vaccine next week. I understand that fever is one of its side effects. Do I need to stay away from my 4months old baby if I deveoped fever after getting vaccinated?

No need. If you're breastfeeding your baby you can still continue doing so. Perfectly safe even when you're having a fever as your antibodies will pass down to your baby. I took Pfizer and only had sore arm but other than that was fine. I also continued breastfeeding and pump milk to store.
