Cramping WO bleeding

Hello, i'm about 7w4d now. Having right side cramping on and off (however its worse at night) Is it normal or should i be concern and call my gyane?

I had on and off cramps from week 5 all the way. Now at 14 weeks and sometimes I still feel the cramps on and off. Unless it's severe or accompanied with bleeding/spotting, it is okay!
