Hunger pangs

I’m about 7 weeks pregnant, for some reasons I kept experiencing something called the “hunger pangs” which force me to eat every few hours. And despite eating small portion, I will still feel nauseous and the need to throw up. I can’t sleep properly and cannot focus on any task. Did anyone faced this problem too?

Yes this is also known as morning sickness! I had it all the way till now (almost wk16)... just do trial&error to see what you can stomach. I feel better when eating food with milo or ribena. You can also try crackers (my lifeline when i had a super bad nauseous day). Sleeping wise, i find that whenever i turn on my aircon it will surely drift me to sleep. 😴 oh i also bought a seasick band! It helps me quite abit in curbing my ms.
