Spotting or miscarriage?

Hi, I’m about 5/6weeks and I found out that I’m bleeding. Bleed with cramps. Red blood. Changed pad once. Similar to period. I have experienced miscarriage before (about 4 months back) and previously I saw clots. This time round, no clots just bleeding and cramps.. like period. I’m going to visit the doctor tmr but the constant worry is there. Any words to calm me down? Anyone faced similar issue? Do share!

Please don't wait until tomorrow, red bleeding with cramps at this stage, especially given your history, is something the doctor really needs to see tonight, so I'd strongly encourage you to head to A&E now rather than hold off. I know the waiting and not knowing is so hard, and it's okay to feel scared, but getting checked sooner gives you and your baby the best chance of having answers quickly.
