i went through that as well. only getting better after 4 months.. for some it's even faster. don't worry! you can do this. just eat what you enjoy. can also drink milk for pregnancy so that you have some nutrition coming in.. :) dont worry though. have heard morning sickeness etc indicates your pregnancy is healthy..
I’m 9.5weeks and realised I’ve been unable to finish my regular healthy meals without wanting to puke. But I will be able to eat lots of less healthy snacks such as fries, snacks, potatoes :( will this be very bad for my foetus? :(
Its normal to have food aversions as it is one of the pregnancy symptoms. I faced that too. Just eat whenever and whatever you can in the meantime.
