can't feel my pregnancy at 8 weeks

hi, im 8 weeks pregnant and suffered ectopic pregnancy 2 years ago. I have seen my baby with heartbeat at 5 6/7 weeks last march 7. Then days after eating longganisa i throw up red like a meat. i am worried that i might throw up my embryo haha funny but i am just worried traumatizef maybe with my past experience..is my baby ok? though i dont have bleeding or cramps, am still worried..
