Pregnancy symptoms varies. It can be nauseuos, bloating, vomitting, fatigue. So you are having one of those pregnancy symptoms. At this point it is just hormonal changes. Perhaps you can slowly push yourself to do a thing at a time like chores, light workout so as to gain energy and be more active again. I mean this take time though as your body are going changes.

Nah, dont be. I am always feeling fatigue during first tri for my second pregnancy. Then slowly I do things like a little bit of cleaning, laundry, going for walk, etc. And when I have more energy or gain momentum, I do more activities.
