1st Visit to OBGYN when 1family member is +ve

Hi, Im 7weeks Pregnant, and I have my 1st Obgynae visit tomorrow. Unfortunately my son is covid positive, while my husband n myself are negative. Can we visit our obgy if Im negative tomorrow? Or I should wait?
