I feel you mumsh. Start your day with crackers, then minsan ice chips nakakatulong din. Then you can have small frequent meals throughout the day, like every 2-3 hrs. Mas ma tolerate nyo po yun kesa mag 3-full meals kayo. Drink plenty of water as well. Minsan ako pag ayaw ko ng water, will opt for pocari sweat or buko juice. Iwas ka din po sa food with high acid content. I would have bananas and watermelon kasi mababa acid content. Somehow it makes me full at the same time bawas pagsusuka and then full of nutrients pa. Ice cream po is ok din pang comfort food. It helped me somehow from severe vomiting lalo na during the day kasi need kumain for baby.
