Im at 7 weeks pregnant now . At which week pregnant should i book appointment for my 1st ultrasound scan ?

You can try booking now. I went at 8 wks can alr hear and see baby's heartbeat.

Yes of course! Ppl go earlier cz they're anxious but if so far u don't have any abnormal bleeding or any other abnormal symptoms, it's ok! Just make sure to take your folic acid regularly and watch your diet aa the 1st tri is a crucial time for baby's development.
