I have this in T1 period too and I have no vomiting too. But in T2, I started to eat more and now T3, I no appetite again. So I think is normal. My doctor even told me I can go for fried chicken and favour drinks if I like. Try to drink more mummy’s milk to boost more energy, most impt is baby must grow. Your size don’t grow much is okay, because this is my 1st bb and until now I didn’t grow much but my bb is growing well after T2 when I eat more. Jiayou!!!

hello starry congrats! hehee yes i have the same experience it’s normal hehee ! for me i just try my best to buy whatever food i want once it strike my mind 😂 den somehow i will be able to consume it. if i were to eat something i don’t feel like eating den i feel nausea 😅 so far haven find any tips to boost appetite sorry can’t help you on that hehee ! all the best! 😍

Same here. I felt like vomiting whenever i see the usual food i used to eat. I can only eat cereal with milk 🥲 it’s normal dont worry. This is my 2nd pregnancy and i went through the same thing during my 1st 🥲 stay strong and try to eat different food that you might be okay with. This shall pass by the end of 1st trimester hopefully!

I know how you feel! I am 10 weeks pregnant and I still feel like I just don't want to eat because of the nasuea. Just try to eat a bit instead of big meals. Try biscuits or Crackers. Fruits help too like bananas and cherries. Or just look at photos of food and whatever interests you, get it! You will need the energy. It's hard but jiayou!

same for me in Trimester 1 accompanied with bad morning sickness. As long you got input some food it's fine. lesser portion but more meals. I gain back weight during trimester 2 and 3 but baby still small. my gyane say now can eat whatever I want as since I got no GD. Baby born underweight and smaller in size but all in all healthy.

I lose my appetite literally during my week 5-9. i hate most of my favourite foods. i only want to eat mcds, porridge, instant noodle and mushroom soups. now at week 10, slowly regaining my appetite back but still choosy about foods. try eating hot soupy soups, sliced fish soups and banmien.

i had similar experience. i lost 5-6kg in my first trimester. i think it’s normal due to changing hormones as baby develops :) I found meiji plain crackers, apples and mash/baked potato quite palatable. you can slowly try out what is more acceptable to you during this time. jiayou mama!

The same for me. I find it hard to decide what I want to eat ‘cos lots of food just don’t entice me anymore. I want rich flavour food like nasi padang and mala but heard it’s not good - so I only indulge once a week or less. Eating fruits might help. Eat in smaller portions.

Congrats mummy ! It’s normal at first trimester this happened to me too you wouldn’t have much feel or much appetite even drinking plain water might makes u wanna puke at times you can try breaking down your meals having bits by bits at certain hour and timing

I had the same experience during my 1st trimester, it's normal, try not to be paranoid. Gradually I came to realise that I want food my husband usually go for. 🤦‍♀️ Daddy's baby haha. Maybe you could try too!
