heart beating very fast?

I'm 7 weeks and my heart is beating very very fast? Can feel it pumping and it's making me out of breath... anyone else feels this? Asked my hubby if my heart is beating fast and he took my pulse and say no But I can feel it??? ??? Together with the nausea it's really taking a toll on me sobs.
