Twin Pregnancy Week 7

Hi, I'm 7 week pregnant and I've nvr encounter any spotting for the past weeks.. But yesterday I had spotting since morning till today.. Is that normal? When should I be worry? Cos i don't feel pain.. This is my 1st pregnancy.. Pls advise.. ?
