Eat almond nuts/drink soya milk as it will neutralise heartburn. My gynae also mentioned to eat more garlic/ginger, (forgot which one) will reduce heartburn too

My gynae says need to stay upright after meals. If it's too uncomfortable they will prescribe you antacid pills, take it before each meal to prevent heartburn.
Eat small but frequent meals instead, down lay down flat especially after meal, drink warm drink/water

Small portion of food. Sit up straight while eating. Avoid spicy or fried food.
Small portion when eating. No spicy food. No gassy drink.

try avoid eating oily or spicy food. eat smaller potion

Eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 heavy meals
Take antacid if the pain is unbearable.
