I experienced it on my 2nd pregnancy...my ob advised for me to go on a diet. Bawal kumain ng matatamis and less rice...i did try to follow my ob pero di ko talaga mapigilan sarili ko. In the end, ako din nahirapan sa panganganak. 8lbs ung baby ko but worth it naman.
I suggest you watch what you eat para hindi ka mahirapan when the time comes and para safe and healthy din si baby. 😊😊😊
