Just Mums

40weeks and no signs of labour

I'm 40weeks and my cervix is not even dilated. I've tried to do squats, walk a lot and any other possible ways to induce labour. Gynae said induce now is not the best option as labour might take very long. anyone experiencing the same situation? I'm stressed out!

I was induced at wk36. No dilation at all. In the end, from inserting the pill to full 10cm is 12hr only. It depends on whether ur body react well to the medicine. I rem that I knew a mummy in sgh that was induced at wk40 . So what’s the gynae suggestion? To continue waiting?

Don’t worry so much. I’m sure ur gynae knows what’s best for you.
