Im 39wks 3days, having contractions and at the hospital now but only 2cm dilated since 4pm. Doc gave an option to go home or admitted, i choose admitted cos thw contraction was 5 mins apart when i reach here nw its like 25 mins apart . How to dilate faster? #advicepls
