38 weeks and 1 day

I'm 38 weeks and 1 day pregnant and have frequent lower back pain, my private part are swollen and my bone tail getting pain.. Is this a sign of early labour... Baby keep movi g alot at night and can't sleep properly with all body pain like cramps, sensitive part swollen and can sit properly as my bone tail pain. What to do..

Not a sign of labour definitely. It's normal as you're already in the last stage, your baby is probably engaged & waiting to pop.
