high BP during pregnancy

i'm 37yo this year...n now i'm 7weeks pregnant...anyone got any experience high BP during prengnancy...i've waiting for so long since my 1st child is already 7yo this year....any tips to reduce the blood preasure....so sad thinking about the circumstances high BP during pregnancy....???
