Evening Primrose

I'm 37 weeks and 3 days pregnant. My OB advised me to take evening primrose once a day orally. She wanted me to give birth na either next week or the following week dahil may gdm ako. I forgot to ask her when's the best time to take it. Kayo ba mga mamsh? Bfast, lunch, or dinner? Do you take it after eating?

Alam ko yan mamsh, nakaka-confuse talaga lalo na malapit na ang due date mo! From what a few of us tried, most take it with or after a meal, either with breakfast or dinner works fine, pero ang importante talaga is consistency, so pick whichever time you'll remember mo talaga. Since your OB specifically prescribed it para sa situation mo, best pa rin na tawagan siya o text ang clinic to confirm ang exact timing, kasi may GDM ka pa and she knows your full picture better, walang hassle lang sa phone call yan pati sa peace of mind mo!
