Could be. I had watery stool then my contractions started then bloody show, all on the same night. Best is to wait for more obvious sign of labour which is the contractions before you head down to the hospital.
no . prolly u eat something that's causing discomfort .make sure to drink more water / electrolytes drinks to replenish
