cramps
hi. im 36 weeks and im having cramps here and there & lower back ache and is quite often. Issit normal?????

Same pero nawawala din naman ung pain(hndi tuloy tuloy masakit lg tlga pag sumumpong 😣) ... Higa lg ako patagilid sometimes squat ako knina lakad lakad konte then nakapag laba pa ko hihi next week ie ko 😊 im excited 🙏🙏🙏🙏 wala naman lumalabas na kht ano normal pa naman 😊🙏
