Experiencing cramps on right/left fallopian tube area…

I’m 35 this year, I’m about 18weeks preg, last year had miscarriage and this is my 5th pregnancy. The question is, isit normal to have cramps on right/left fallopian area? Everyday at least I experience once. Is there anything that i should be concern about?
