Tummy feeling tight

Im 35 weeks pregnant my lower tummy feels tight and there is slight discomfort. Should i wait for my appointment on Tuesday or go to the hospital soon? No sign of labour yet.

Braxton hicks. Yes not comfortable. Unless you feel pain, waterbag leak/broke then head down to the hospital. Otherwise you'll be turned down and asked to go home.
