Stretches really really does help! Search for pelvic floor exercises. It was almost an instant relief for me. I do it in the morning and night before sleep or anytime of the day when it starts to hurt really bad. All the best!

It’s normal. Tahan awhile more. There’s nothing much you can do to ease the pain.

yes mumma,for me its normal just see to it that you'll gonna do some stretching exercise to help ease the pain
