Carry heavy items

Hi. I'm 33 weeks pregnant. Is it true that at this point even carrying 2 big bottles of juice drinks can cause aches near my stomach? Is it really good to just rest?

How heavy are the bottles? If you’re used to carrying heavy stuff before pregnant sld be ok. But of course it’s better to just rest and leave the heavy items someone else to carry.
