Carry heavy items

Hi. I'm 33 weeks pregnant. Is it true that at this point even carrying 2 big bottles of juice drinks can cause aches near my stomach? Is it really good to just rest?

It varies for individual. I worked till the day I gave birth. (40 3) But I have no underlying conditions or any other complications. 😄 But still, if there’s someone available to help, do ask them for help instead 😃
