Diarrhoea And One Time Fever Spike

I'm 32 weeks and I started the morning with diarrhoea followed by a one-time fever in the afternoon. Temperature went back to normal after I popped a paracetamol but I'm still having watery stools. Is it because of the weather that made my body heaty?
